Our company framework is young and dynamic, with a very wide range of payrolls, opened to graduates in various disciplines (engineering, economics, foreign languages, etc).
Flexibility, relational skills and a good knowledge of at least written and spoken English complete the profile of the candidates who want to run for an employment in Benincà Group.
The selection starts with the analysis of each curriculum by Human Resources Department that will fix a first interview when found an interesting profile.
Eventually, a second interview will take place with the specific Department Supervisor and the Owners.
The Owners play a crucial role in the selection procedure: the candidate must share those values that represent the DNA of a company that, though moving internationally, has never lost its familiar feature that makes the difference.
Precisely for this reason, the candidate has to provide not only his or her curriculum vitae but also a letter of presentation which helps to understand his or her attitudes and ambitions.
