Application dedicated to professionals, available for iOS and Android, which allows you to configure and manage BeMOVE systems, as well as consult manuals, catalogues and instructions.Through the serial connection of the pro.UP interface module, a series of additional features are available to simplify the installation and maintenance phases of the systems. It is possible to consult the complete menu of the control unit directly from your smartphone and proceed with the programming (only through pro.UP and compatible control units). Permits advanced levels of programming also for the simplest control units (e.g. precise adjustment of parameters, adjustment of slowdowns, protection of the control unit with password, etc.). Easily export the control unit menu and transmitters configurations as back up if required in the future (e.g. system resets in the event of faults). In the event of a request for assistance by the end user, it is possible to connect remotely to the system, subject to authorisation, and read the diagnostic data provided by the control unit, consult the event log recorded by pro.UP, make changes to the configuration, launch test commands and manage radio transmitters (function only available with the installation of the pro.UP interface on the system and its online configuration). Within the application it is possible to create a real calendar of the interventions to be done, note down the activities to be carried out by setting a deadline and a priority for each system and installation present. Possibility of creating and managing a customer contact list, associating systems and product installations.

The web portal for professionals, created to complete the features of the BeUP app, which allows you to expand remotely the control of plants and installations. Consult all the entries of the system configuration and, if necessary, easily modify them. Each installation comes with an archive in which you can upload documents for quick reference at any time. Geolocate the systems on the map to facilitate the planning of their interventions. View and consult the power consumption curves of the motors for each registered installation. Manage the lists of radio transmitters also with import/export from the memory of the connected control units or from files (.csv or .xlsx)

SYSTEM COMPONENTS

HOOP

Interface gateway between automations and the BeMOVE application. HOOP has a modern linear design to guarantee perfect integration in every location, also thanks to three different installation methods (set upright on its base, on one side or wall mounted). Radio transmissions on a frequency of 433.92 MHz (mono-directional) with 8 channels and triple coding: Advanced Rolling Code, Rolling Code and Fixed Code. Radio transmissions on a frequency of 868 MHz (bi-directional) possible with i.HOOP plug-in transceiver (accessory)

PRO.UP

Interface gateway between automations and BeUP and BeMOVE applications.
Pro.UP communicates through a serial connection with compatible products or via wired connection with any automation or other device that can be operated with voltage-free contact.

G.MOVE

868 MHz module to install on control units for remote control through automation apps. Equipped with two voltage free control inputs, two 250V 5A relay outputs and an 868 MHz stylus antenna, with RGB LED for diagnostics and programming.

I.HOOP

868 MHz transceiver module to install on the HOOP gateway control unit. Permits bi-directional communication with automation devices for remote control of status.
