Energy saving solutions for gate and garage door automation
COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS?
BENINCÀ IS READY!
In compliance with the latest European energy efficiency regulations - including Regulation (EU) 2019/1781 on eco-design requirements for electric motors and Regulation (EU) 2023/826 - our range of gate and garage door automation systems has been designed to offer high performance with minimal energy consumption. With the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2023/826, we have developed cutting-edge solutions that reduce energy consumption in standby mode, significantly improving efficiency compared to previous standards.

Innovative technology for energy savings
To offer optimal efficiency and intelligent energy management, we have equipped our operators with advanced technologies that improve performance and reduce consumption:
- ESA+ technology to reduce consumption during motor standby phases.
- Electronic switching power supplies that offer energy savings in standby mode, thanks to greater efficiency and lower heat dissipation, protecting the automation, extending the life of components, and optimizing motor control.
Energy consumption requirements for control units in residential applications
Control units with and without displays, that are classified as household and office electrical and electronic equipment, must comply with the specifications of the regulation. In particular, energy consumption in standby mode must not exceed 0.5 W for control units without a display and 0.8 W for those with a display.
Benincà control units: efficiency and compliance with Regulation (EU) 2023/826
Investing in a system that complies with Regulation (EU) 2023/826 means choosing an efficient, safe product designed to deliver high performance over time. Automatismi Benincà develops and manufactures control units for residential automation systems that comply with this regulation, ensuring maximum energy efficiency and compliance with standby power consumption limits. Our solutions, with and without displays, offer reliability and low consumption, contributing to a more sustainable future in full compliance with European regulations.
